What we’re doing…

This role sits within the Commercial market segment at REA Group. The Commercial team is the driving force behind Australia’s leading commercial property site, When you join the Commercial team, you join a cross-disciplinary group of people representing product, design, engineering, sales and marketing, supported by Communications, HR, Finance and Legal – all the people you need to operate Australia’s number one commercial property site.

This role services a portfolio of about 45 accounts, including Majors. As the only Account Manager for the Real Commercial team in WA, you can expect to:

  • Achieve revenue targets and KPI’s within your defined territory

  • Grow and nurture your existing customer relationships as well and at the same time, identify and close new opportunities

  • As a trusted partner, achieve your targets by selling solutions (not products) to customers

  • Use your exceptional data & insights skills to craft a story for your customer, analyse reports and understand the needs of your customer

  • Develop a systemic approach to the education and training of customers within your territory

  • Implement the organization initiatives

Who we’re looking for…

  • Someone with a few runs on the board - Proven account management and sales experience and evidence of achieving sales targets is essential

  • Knowledge of property and marketing methods will be helpful

  • Exceptional relationship management skills

  • Demonstrated proactivity in learning, with the ability to thrive in an at times remote working environment

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data to draw insights
